1. Payment & Transaction Security

• Accepted Payment Methods: Products displayed in our online store can be purchased using our secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility. Alternatively, you may pay via PayPal.

• Payment Timing: All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

• Phone Orders: For your own security and peace of mind, we cannot take orders via phone. All transactions must be completed through our secure online checkout.

• Quantity Limits: Order quantities are restricted to 10 units per transaction.

• Consecutive Orders: Consecutive orders of multiple units intended to circumvent the transaction limit are prohibited.

• Right to Cancel: Fore-mi reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., if we suspect abuse of the quantity limits or unauthorized wholesale activity).

3. Order Accuracy & Changes

• Finality of Order: Please check your order details, specifically your shipping address and items, very carefully before confirming. Changes to orders cannot be made once an order has been placed.

• Agreement: By submitting an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and valid.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Estimates: Shipping and delivery dates provided on the site are to be used as a guide only. Fore-mi takes no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

• Free Shipping (Canada Only): Free shipping is eligible for all Canadian orders that meet or exceed $99 CAD.

  • Calculation: This total is calculated before any applicable taxes and after any promotions or discounts have been applied.

• US Shipping: Please note that Free shipping is not applicable to U.S. orders.

5. Promotions & Sales

• Expiration: All promotions, sales, and discount codes will finish on the specified date according to Pacific Standard Time (PST).

• Modifications: Terms of any offer are subject to change without notice.
