At Fore-mi, we make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. We work hard to get orders sent out in an expedited fashion.
1. Where We Ship
We currently offer shipping for online purchases to the following locations only:

Continental United States
Note: At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada or the Continental U.S.
2. Order Processing Times

Processing Window: Orders are processed up to 3-5 business days after the time of the order.

Business Days: Our warehouse processes orders Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).

Expedited Processing: We attempt to process all orders within 48 hours of placement to ensure fast delivery.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Free Shipping: Orders that total $99+ automatically qualify for free shipping.

Please note: This threshold applies to the total at checkout after promotions and discounts are applied.

Standard Shipping: For orders under $99, shipping fees calculated at checkout apply.
4. Customs & Duties (U.S. Clients)
For our American clients, please be aware that shipments crossing the border may be subject to additional fees.

Taxes and Fees: You may be required to pay additional taxes and fees imposed by U.S. Customs. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Fore-mi.
5. Issues With Your Order
If you experience a problem with your delivery or the condition of your package, please contact us at sales@fore-mi.com, and we will do our best to resolve any issue.
Important: Cancellation Policy
Because we attempt to process orders within 48 hours, our cancellation window is strictly limited.

Timeframe: You have 1 hour from the time of purchase to cancel your order.

How to Cancel: Email sales@fore-mi.com immediately with “Cancellation – Order Number” in the subject line.

After 1 Hour: We can no longer cancel the order. It will be the customer’s responsibility to follow our Return Policy and ship the item back to our warehouse once it arrives.
