Return & Refund Policy
At Fore-mi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, if you are unhappy with your order or experience a problem, please review our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 20 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Source: Only items purchased directly from Fore-mi.ca are accepted. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please refer to their specific return policy.
Important: Fore-mi.ca monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

Sale Items: Any item marked as "Sale."

Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened items.
3. How to Make a Return
If your item meets the eligibility requirements above, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: If you need to discuss an exception or have questions, please contact our support team at sales@fore-mi.com.

Packaging: Securely pack the unopened item(s) in the original packaging.

Shipping: Ship the item back to our warehouse. Please note:

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item.

Tracking: You must obtain a tracking number from your courier. We require the order number, tracking number, and a list of items being returned to process your request.

Liability: It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the tracking number. We recommend keeping these details to ensure the successful return of your product.

4. Refunds
Once our warehouse confirms receipt of your return and completes the inspection (to ensure the product is unopened and in original condition):

Processing Time: The refunds department will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.

Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellations
We work hard to expedite orders and attempt to process them within 24 hours. Because of this quick turnaround, our cancellation window is very short.

The 1-Hour Window: You have 1 hour from the time of purchase to cancel your order.

How to Cancel: Please email sales@fore-mi.com immediately. Type 'Cancellation along with the Order Number' in the Subject Line.

After 1 Hour: If more than one hour has passed, we will no longer be able to cancel the order. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and follow the standard Return Policy (shipping the item back to us at your expense).
Note: While we do our best to accommodate cancellation requests sent within the window, we unfortunately cannot guarantee them.
Shipping Information

Locations: We currently ship to Canada and the Continental United States only.

Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) up to 72 business hours after the time of the order.

Customs & Duties: For our American clients, please be aware that you may be responsible for additional taxes and fees imposed by US customs.

Free Shipping: Orders totaling $99+ (after promotions and discounts are applied) automatically qualify for free shipping.
